When interacting with service providers and users, it is recommended to exercise caution and common sense to protect your safety and property.

 

FOR USERS:

  • When scheduling a job, we recommend choosing a time when you are not alone at home.
  • For jobs that can be done outside your home (academic tutoring, performing arts, etc.), we recommend choosing a public location for at least the first few sessions.
  • Always verify the provider's profile picture on the app to make sure you are interacting with the right person.
  • Always take a look at the provider’s rating (when available) to see how he/she has been rated by other users in the past.
  • The MobiSquid app uses technology that anonymizes customer and service provider phone numbers to keep contact details confidential. So when you and your rider need to contact each other, your personal information stays private
  • Register your emergency contacts on the app so that you can quickly alert your friends if anything unexpected happens.
  • Report any incident and let us know if you think the service provider’s behavior is not suitable for our platform.
  • MobiSquid prompts you to rate your service provider and give anonymous feedback about your service. We review all feedback at the end of every delivery. Our goal is to make every experience memorable and with your assistance that will always be possible.

 

FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS:

  • Always verify the customer's profile picture on the app to make sure you are interacting with the right person.
  • Always take a look at the customer’s rating (when available) to see how he/she has been rated by other service providers in the past.
  • Register your emergency contacts on the app so that you can quickly alert your friends if anything unexpected happens.
  • Report any incident and let us know if you think the customer’s behavior is not suitable for our platform.
  • At the end of every service, you can rate your customer. Reviewing these ratings helps us to make sure all your customers will be as mannerly and considerate as you are. Customers reported violating our terms of service may be prevented from using MobiSquid.
  • Be polite, respectful, and dress in a manner that is professionally appropriate to your job.

 

SAFETY TIPS

We will make sure that the service providers you will be encountering have of the highest quality and skills. However, it’s important to ask the right questions when you are interacting with a service provider. Here are some important tips to help you make the right decisions:

  • Do your research and Check out the Provider’s Profile
  • Use your best judgment
  • Get an overview. Use the Provider’s profile to get other details; for instance, the number of years they’ve been in business.
  • Don’t automatically choose the Provider with the lowest price. We all love deals, and many of the lowest quotes you receive are offering just that. But you may want to request an explanation to see if there’s a reason for any unusually low price.
  • Take your time. Feel free to ask lots of questions and get all the info you need before making a decision.
  • Get help if you have trouble. If an issue arises, first attempt to resolve it with the Provider, which can often be successful. If you aren’t able to come to an agreement, please let us know. We are here to help.
